Fragrance has always fascinated me. It has the power to transform a space, shift our emotions and invite us into a state of stillness. Yet, as someone with sensitive skin, I often had to hold back from using fragranced body products. Instead, I turned my curiosity towards fragrances that could live in the spaces around me, creating an atmosphere of calm without affecting my skin.
The Seed of Nafasi
The Nafasi Home Fragrance Range was born out of this curiosity and love for exploring scents. I wanted products that would feel like an extension of who I am - naturally calm, nurturing and intentional. The idea was simple yet powerful: create room fragrances that ease the mind and body, transforming any space into a sanctuary.
Why Ylang Ylang?
The very first fragrance chosen for the Nafasi range was Ylang Ylang. While it is not of African origin, I was deeply drawn to its unique floral warmth and its long history in aromatherapy. Ylang Ylang is known to ease stress, encourage relaxation and gently uplift the mood - qualities that resonated perfectly with the essence of Home of Nula®.
It became the cornerstone of the Nafasi Reed Diffuser and Nafasi Room Spray, setting the tone for what these products would stand for: serenity, balance and the quiet beauty of presence.
A Reflection of Home of Nula ®
At its heart, Home of Nula® is about creating wellness experiences that honour the whole being - mind, skin, body and spaces. Nafasi is a natural extension of this philosophy, inviting you to step into environments that support your wellbeing.
The reed diffuser and room spray are not just about fragrance; they are about atmosphere. They are about creating a sense of space - or “nafasi” - where you can exhale, ground yourself and reconnect.
An Invitation to Stillness
Whether you are winding down after a long day, preparing your space for meditation or simply wanting to elevate your home environment, the Nafasi Reed Diffuser and Room Spray offer more than scent. They offer presence.
May Nafasi remind you that wellness is not only how we care for ourselves physically but also how we curate the spaces we live, breathe and heal in.
With love,
Tebogo wa Nula
