My Inspiration
This offering was inspired by my own experiences of navigating workplace dysfunction and learning how to preserve my health and dignity in spaces that tested them. Even as an entrepreneur, I have had to relearn how to protect my wellbeing amidst the pressures of productivity and performance. The lesson I carry is this: wellness must be reclaimed, not requested.
